Twelve Research Scholars have obtained Doctorates and six more are pursuing their Doctorates under her supervision. She has authored two books, two scales (Parent Involvement Scale) and got forty one research publications in Journals of International and National repute. She has participated in a large number of Conferences and Workshops and also chaired sessions. She presented a paper in International Conference of British Education and Research Association at Herriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland in 2008. She is a member of the editorial board of three journals and Vice President of Association of Teacher Education (Haryana Chapter).
